Advertising in Magazines

Who is Ken Paves? I asked myself the same question as I flipped through the pages of the most recent issue of Cosmo. I could tell that the image of a man surrounded by beautiful women was an advertisement but I had no idea what it was attempting to sell. Then in the top left corner I saw the words “Ken Paves.” I could only assume the man in the picture was Ken Paves, so I directed my eyes to the fine print on the bottom on the page. The words read “This is my world... and now it’s yours. My all-new, natural, botanical Healthy Hair TM line is now available over the beauty counter in fine hair stores everywhere.” Beside the fine print was a tiny picture of a bunch of bottles that I hadn’t even noticed before. I decided to go to this man’s website and figure out who the heck he was. Well it turns out “he’s one of the most sought after hairstylists in the world.” I guess should have known this was advertising for a hair product from all the women in the photo? Or maybe from the fancy dresses? Or perhaps it’s the tiny little bottles in the corner that look like they are perfume bottles? I guess what I’m trying to say is I really had no idea what the photo was trying to sell until I investigated a little bit more. Most people would say that if you can’t even tell what the product is then perhaps it’s a waste of an advertisement. I might have said the same thing at first, but as I wrote this blog I realized what this picture did to me. It made me look into the man and the product. Now I have an overwhelming urge to wash my hair! Success? I think so!

The content you have provided is pretty interesting and useful and I will surely take note of the point you have made in the blog.

While I was browsing the Internet for ways to boost my website exposure, I read about how effective offline media is for getting additional exposure. Since online media advertising has become so competitive, I thought I will complement the online marketing efforts of my products with offline media advertising like newspaper and magazine advertising. This can be the best way to get a wider coverage for a website and draw additional traffic. I think it is a great marketing strategy to use both online and offline advertising to get more customers.

I thought this information might be useful for anyone looking for solutions to get me-ore traffic to their website.
